Todd Mezrah

Mr. Mezrah is the Chief Executive Officer of Mezrah Consulting (MC), an executive benefits and compensation consulting firm based in Tampa, Florida. Todd is responsible for the firm’s vision, growth, and strategic and technology initiatives. Through Mezrah Consulting’s long-term growth and success, the firm has developed a national consulting practice for enterprise, privately held, and publicly traded companies, including financial institutions. To that end, MC has developed a Bank Practice servicing a variety of financial institutions in creating and evaluating BOLI portfolios, sharing new ideas for capturing yield and providing executive benefits consulting and expertise. In 2018, Todd co-founded a company called BOLI Rescue that focuses on enhancing legacy BOLI portfolios by creating liquidity and improving yields without immediate tax costs or penalties.
