Delicious Homemade Street Corn
If you’ve ever heard the word elote, it translates to the word “corn” in English. This dish is the traditional way that corn is served in Mexico. It can be dressed up in a plethora of ways and we are going to share one of the more classic styles you can often find in US Mexican restaurants or among Mexican street food.
You can prepare this simple dish on the cob, or off the cob– both are so good you’ll be making this instead of however you used to!
