Summer isn’t over yet, but I am ready to say goodbye to this heat and welcome the changing leaves. And before you know it, the holidays will be here and we will be welcoming 2022. Doesn’t seem real, does it?

Well, before we get caught up in that, let’s get a head start on the best fall cocktail recipes you don’t want to miss this year. Some sweet, some spiced, and some pretty much just alcohol… you need this list for the changing season!

1. Apple Cider Mimosa

Champagne, apple cider and brandy… could this drink scream fall any louder?! The warmth of the brandy with the effervescence of the bubbles is warm, toasty and perfect for any time of day!

2. Pumpkin Pie Martini

You heard that right! Before you judge, give it a chance. Tequila, with the warm and orange caramel flavors of Grand Mariner? RumChata and pumpkin pie vodka is what makes this drink perfect for fall. If you’re worried you will go out and buy those bottles, only to never use them again, you are wrong! This drink is so good and it has coffee in it, so it’s like the Starbucks fall beverage for adults who need a drink.

8. Fig, Honey & Thyme Prosecco Smash

If you like an herbaceous cocktail with perfumey aromatics, this is perfect for you! The elderflower liqueur is a the perfect topper for this fruit packed smash cocktail. The color and smell you taste and see before even trying is enough to make you prepare another one already!

9. New England Express

Somehow rum often gets ignored the fall cocktail lineup, but this apple cider and rum recipe is incredible. With some lime, sugar and thyme, it hits all the part of your taste buds for a perfect explosion of fall flavor profile. The recipe will give you 8 servings, which is probably not enough!

10. Space Invader

Adding beer to cocktails is highly underrated. It’s the perfect way to boost alcohol content and also add a light effervescence.
